04年 乐驰0.8 分电器传感器元件移植
夏天的时候，0.8 分电器坏了，店家报价原厂的1400多，副厂的900多，回家找了些图纸发现分电器里的传感器很简单，于是把分电器带回家拆开研究下，传感器电路板的基板是陶瓷的，线路是敷的导电膜，发现是氧化有断路，用细漆包线连接了几段装回去，果断可以正常启动了，开了一个多礼拜又不行了，于是自己拆下分电器重新做了块线路板，把原电路上的原件都移过来，现在开了快半年了，稳定！
最后一张是PCB电路板图，件的参数都有

呵呵看见自己影子~~要是我就用犀利胶水或用发动机免垫高温胶粘即可~~你这样弄没覆绿膜很快会锈蚀掉的~~找深圳做电路板的做~~100X100MM的双面板打样做好150元~~

黑色热转印，腐蚀好板子线路是镀锡的 找点电路板专用绿油图上保护下~~~
毕竟这是弱点潮湿和粉尘等会在电路中产生电阻~万一导致其他异常.....
