AL-0720自动拨叉张袋机械手的设计与研究 摘要 本文主要对基于“可编程逻辑控制器 PLC +变频器／电磁阀+交流异步 电机／旋转气缸"的自动拨叉张袋机械手系统进行研究。文中论述了包装工业机
械手的组成、应用状况以及发展趋势。分析了封口机生产线的构成及工作原理，
论述了自动拨叉张袋机械手的控制流程，提出了自动拨叉张袋机械手的功能需
求和动作流程，设计了自动拨叉张袋机械手的机械结构和控制设计方案。运用
AUTO CAD和Pm-E软件，完成自动拨叉张袋机械手的零部件设计和自动拨叉
张袋机械手的模型建立。开发了控制系统的硬件选型，接线和运动控制程序的
开发与调试。
