另一个很嘚瑟的就是~ 找到了烧果子皮减糖的办法了~
烧果子好玩 但是它有一个弱点 就是倚靠炼乳做粘合剂 炼乳有多甜大家都知道 做出来皮太甜是一回事 在这么浓郁的表皮遮盖之下 很多清淡而好味的馅料变得寡然无味却是令阿猪头疼的事。
特别是当拿他来做装饰时 如果吃的人一个果子吃下去 舌头都甜麻木了 后面的东西变得味同嚼蜡却是很要命的嗷~ ヾ(≧O≦)〃
阿猪可能是完美主义者吧 希望能两全其美。
终于找到办法了哦~ 不但不会使花纹变形 还出其的解决了面团粘手的问题 外表喷香又增加了香气 哈哈哈~ 嘚瑟嗷嗷
