单纯的，如何诊断为腰肌劳损还是症？好多人根据CT或MRI提示有椎间盘突出就下诊断，有老师指导一下吗？怎样鉴别？
我一般关注局部疼痛和反射性疼痛，以及数点疼痛的关联性，至于劳损十个腰突九个半伴随着。

谢谢，诊断看来还是比较模糊，写下诊断麻烦。
劳损和腰突应该好分，从ct,x光片上即可分清，其反应也是不同的。。。。。
做临床不要太过依赖机器，这样的鉴别诊断根本就很容易，从发病原因来看，腰肌劳损外伤性比较明显，且多发于一侧腰直肌，局部叩击痛，痛疼以弯腰加重为主，无神经放射痛，腰椎间盘脱出急性发作期或初发的时候特别严重，疼痛以端下或咳嗽加重，有神经放射痛，局部一般无叩击痛或叩击不明显。单纯从有无神经放射痛就可以鉴别出是腰肌劳损还是了。同时也要知道有些外伤比较严重的病人腰肌劳损和腰椎间盘突出都可以同时存在。
单纯的，症状基本属于的诊断，但CT或MRI又提示椎间盘病变，怎么诊断合适？

腰肌劳损这个诊断是模糊诊断，就是说你诊断不出是什么问题引起的时候就诊断为腰肌劳损，好比西医的：发热待查、膝关节内紊乱。。。。之类的诊断。一个病人你诊断为腰肌劳损也许别人诊断为：腰三横突综合症、下交叉综合征、腰椎假性滑脱、腰神经后支卡压征、腰椎小关节错位、、骨盆倾斜等等。
