这款Polaris Slingshot在外观上与 X-Bow比较相似，采用的是中间布局的单后轮样式。虽然是新生代的产物，但那前卫时尚的造型已让人着迷。下面这辆是来自AVORZA 打造的爆改版Polaris Slingshot，采用大量灯光效果以及气动悬挂降低车身。
Slingshot采用了2.4升Ecotec直列四缸汽油发动机提供了173马力和226牛·米的最大扭矩输出，匹配五前速手动变速箱，把动力传递给单独的后轮。Slingshot采用钢管车身，为前二后一的三轮设计，前后轮尺寸分别为18英寸和20英寸，车身仅重771公斤。虽然只有173马力，但是鉴于700多公斤的车重，我们可以想象，Slingshot跑起来的弹射感觉。

　　动力方面，据悉北极星三轮车弹弓将搭载由通用汽车所研发的2.4升直列四缸发动机和一台五挡手动变速箱组成，可输出200匹的马力，最大功率127KW，最大扭矩则是225牛米。并且新车将采用后轮驱动技术。
