It has found that they tend to choose to settle in small and medium-sized cities near their hometowns. 关于会议EI检索的说明。会议组委会发来的邮件，大家帮忙看看是什么意思
尊敬的作者：
由于现阶段EI数据库已经有三个月左右没有更新收录新的文章，现在的说法很多，有的说是EI以后可能不再收录新的文章，有的说是由于EI现在正在改版只是暂停收录，改版结束后会继续收录文章等等，（如果哪位作者有EI三个月未检索的准确消息请一定通知会务组，如果消息准确我们将免去您的会议注册费，非常感谢）大会组委会为慎重起见，决定给每位作者发邮件通知，请作者自己决定是否出版您的文章。组委会已经与AMM刊物联系，暂停出版本次会议，待我们确定每位作者是否出版自己的文章后再提交出版，请每位作者尽快决定是否出版：
1、如果作者认为EI检索有风险，选择退款，我们将在接到您的通知一周内为您全额退款；如果有的作者提前开具发票，我们扣除发票税款后全额为您退款，不会少一分，请放心。
2、如果作者选择继续出版，组委会将AMM期刊尽快为您出版及送EI检索事宜，但是组委会将不再保证EI一定检索。
请作者放心，此封邮件主要是由于EI数据库三个月未更新，情况不明，很多作者需要文章毕业，评职称等等，假如EI后面真的不再收录文章，责任我们负责不起，本着对作者负责的态度，请您自己做出决定。当然我们的担心很可能是多余的，因为EI数据库近几个月的确在更新，一些包括登陆界面等已经更新完毕，原来的登录号码都已经失效了，多数人也都分析毕竟EI是一个科技论文的数据库，它就是靠卖该数据库收录的文章给世界各地的高校科研院所赚钱的，他应该不会停止收录文章，但是我们还是不敢凭此妄作判断。
最后给大家做一个提醒，如果EI后面继续收录文章，本次会议会和其他会议一样被EI收录，如果EI后面真的不再收录新的文章，那么对于退款不再出版的作者，您在投稿别的会议一样不会被EI收录，所以我们建议退稿的作者请您再等等，等EI全部改版完毕确定继续收录文章后再投稿新的会议，以免浪费您的时间和金钱，谢谢大家。
请作者看到此邮件后尽快回复您是否继续出版，在9月16号以前给组委会答复，因为这毕竟是关系大自己切身利益的，谢谢大家配合！

　　查询自己的论文被EI或ISTP检索的方法：

　　去到“国家科学数字图书馆”（http://www./index.jsp）中，找到“quick search”，然后选择最右边的“找其他资源”，在出现的左边的下拉框中选择“会议文献”，然后在空白栏中键入论文题目中的某一关键词就可以查到ISTP检索到的信息了！
　　2 SCI科技索引收录查询
　　SCI收录号查询方法
　　SCI的“收录检索号”有些人填文献记录中的IDS Number，但每种期刊每一期上的文献IDSNumber都相同，IDS Number并不是SCI的收录号。在ISI Web of Science中，IDS number的解释为：Document Solution? number. This number uniquely identifies the journal and issue. It is used to order the full text of the article from Document Solution.
　　正确地获取SCI收录号的方法是：
　　（1）进入/
　　选择web of science，点“go”
　　（2）Select a search option选“ADVANCED SEARCH”
　　按照右边Field Tags和 Booleans提示，在输入方框中输入检索信息，比如
　　AU=fang AND TI=capacitor，然后点击“SEARCH”。
　　（3）点击“RESULTS”里的检索结果数字链接，如“3”，打开自己发表论文题目的链接,此时在Full record（包括Title、Author、Source... IDS number等）中有IDS Number: 226QR ，这个IDS number 并不是SCI的收录号。
　　（提醒：注意TI里的关键词一定要与你发表论文的词语匹配，包括单复数。）
　　（4）点击右边“Output This Record”下面的“SAVE”按钮，“Select a data format for the saved file.”有四个选项，选择HTML格式。
　　（5）选择HTML格式后，点击下面按钮“CONTINUE”,出现文件下载对话框（默认文件名为
　　“savedrecs.html”），点“保存为”，保存到自选的目录文件夹里。
　　（6）打开保存的HTML格式网页，或者下载完毕后直接打开保存的文件，这时得到的就是包含有形如UT ISI：008收录号的记录格式。获取ISTP的方法与此完全相同。

　　1、 由于检索通常用作者姓全拼和名字声母“与”期刊名称缩写。期刊名称的截词显得十分重要。一般只取三个字母+*；有的只能一个字母+*；当期刊名称取三个字母以上的漏检几率很高。
　　2、 当作者姓名有三个字时，作者姓全拼和名字声母有时不能全用，需要用 姓全拼+一个字母+* ；附以期刊名称缩写的（与）限定来检索。
　　3、 文章篇名检索往往由于发表时的更改，造成与数据库难以回应。不能使用禁用词．
　　4、 要特别小心“检索论文时间界限”不能限制的过窄（有时论文目录记载是错误的）。
　　5、 输出条目中显示的引用数只能作为参考数值，它不反映错引和其他情况。全面引文情况应该检索引文库．
　　６、 有一些特殊的文章编号可以用于检索（在引文检索时，预印或在印文章会有引文记录）．
　　７、收录数据库一般在每周五更新，周日周一后有增加数据（不同期刊入库的时间差不同）．
　　８、由于数据只反映作者的姓名全拼和名的声母，所以作者单位和准确的卷页成为重要的鉴定标准，要注意期刊排版时的跳页情况（参考文献页）的检索．
　　９、数据库有时将名当成了作者的姓，这是外国人的错．这时可以将原文附上．
　　１０、注意对检索结果的整理和排版，体现出最好的显示效果（重点明确，态度认真，工作细致）．如果需要权威认证部门来配合，一定请提前委托．
