燕窝性质平和,要调理得当,坚持吃一段时间,它的营养成分慢慢渗透,补充到身体所需,效果才会显现出来。燕窝是滋补品,不是仙丹妙药,不能期望吃完燕窝后立时三刻就有神奇效果的。
1、秋梨燕窝
秋白梨2个,切掉柄端(备作盖用),挖出核心,将燕窝5g,冰糖10g同放于梨中,用柄盖好,以竹签插定,略加水蒸熟食。每日早晨食下。
本方取燕窝滋阴润肺,白梨、冰糖润燥化痰,故用为辅佐。适用于老人肺虚燥热,咳嗽痰喘等。
2、人参燕窝汤
白燕窝6g,人参3g。放瓷杯中(加水适量)隔水炖熟,徐徐服食。
本方以白燕窝补益脾胃,以人参鼓舞脾胃元气,增进饮食。用于泻痢后,干呕欲吐,饮食不进。
3、牛乳燕窝汤
燕窝6g,隔水炖熟,加牛奶500g煮沸,一同服用。
本方以燕窝益脾和胃,润燥去枯,牛乳益胃润燥。用于胃气虚弱,胃阴不足,反胃呕吐或噎膈,胃肠津液枯槁,饮食难下,大便燥结如羊屎。
4、木瓜炖燕窝
原只木瓜横切一半后,去囊,与燕窝以及浸泡燕窝之水一起隔水清炖,让木瓜的味道渗入燕窝里面,吃的时候配上冰糖水。

燕窝具有养阴、润燥、益气、补中等功效。燕窝主要成分是水溶性+特种,是通过调理身体内环境,来达到各种功效的,所以对不同的人群有不同的作用。燕窝的功能包括养阴润燥、益气补中、健脾补肺、治虚损、咳痰喘等,高血压患者可以适量吃燕窝。
烹调燕窝的方法,最好是文火隔水炖,不过事前的准备也很重要。要把燕窝洗干净,主要就是浸洗。刚开始浸泡1-2小时的水是要倒掉的,期间要清理其中的燕毛等杂物;然后用清水再浸泡1-2小时,这个时候浸泡的水量要控制,一般到燕窝表面过一点已经足够。最后,连浸泡之水一起用文火隔水炖,保留燕窝的原汁原味以及营养。当成品软滑而有弹性、晶莹透亮、夹起来软而不断的时候为最佳。
燕窝的炖法只有这一种最好,大家可以仔细的学,学会了自己在家炖,吃的比较放心。因为燕窝的价格很高,很多的饭店炖的燕窝都是假的。燕窝本身没有什么味,在吃的时候可以和蔬菜水果汁调着吃,高血压也可以适当的吃燕窝。

一、糖尿病可以吃燕窝吗?
燕窝富含蛋白质,其中主要为精氨酸、胱氨酸、赖氨酸、糖类、钙、磷、钾、硫等成分。燕窝中的主要成份是胶原蛋白和唾液酸,糖分的含量很少,属于低指数食物,对于血糖的影响不是很大,并且燕窝性平和,味甘淡,可以滋补病患,美容养颜。
根据实验室的分析检测,燕窝在鸡蛋、银耳等营养类似食品中,脂肪含量最低(每100g燕窝中脂肪含量仅有0.35g)、蛋白质含量最高(达到50%左右)、人体必需氨基酸的总和最高,且燕窝中不含有胆固醇。糖尿病患者完全可以食用燕窝。但是对于并且不稳定的患者可以吃但不能多吃。
糖尿病患者在吃燕窝时一定要控制糖分,易于使血糖迅速升高的食物如白糖,红糖,冰糖,葡萄糖,麦芽糖,蜂蜜,巧克力,奶糖,水果糖等等切忌作为燕窝的配料。同时糖尿病患者在食用水果配料也要慎重,因水果中含有较多的碳水化合物,并且主要是葡萄糖,蔗糖,淀粉。食后消化吸收的速度快,可迅速导致血糖升高,对糖尿病病人不利。
因此,糖尿病患者在食用燕窝调养时最好食用无糖燕窝食品。
二、燕窝的营养价值:
