130、再啰嗦几句教育
&& 写了两篇关于现在教育的看法意犹未尽，不免想再啰嗦几句，多是重复上一面观点。只是随笔“塌”去！
& 把学生的学习定为所谓“起跑线”起于何时、何人、何事均无出处。自古无此说。苏老泉到了二十七岁才发愤读书，起跑不了谓不迟，然终成大家。孔子据说七岁方能言，起跑线更不能与今日之幼儿相比。古今中外大器晚成的例子数不胜数，所谓“不要输在起跑线上”不过是想当然耳！
&& 现在学生和改革开放前的学生有几大区別。
& 一、当年学生从没有在家长帮助下完成学习，所有家庭作业均是独立完成的，几乎家长们问都不问一声。而如今学生几乎全部学习，从幼儿园起都是在家长的帮忙督促下完成的。甚至有的作业家长干脆越俎代庖代为完成。
二、当年学生从不会天天写作业写到半夜。当年的家庭语文不过两三个造句，算术也只有两三题计算题。手快的同学甚至一下课就在课间休息时己做完了。回家后只剩下一个字：玩！从五十年代一直至今长唱不衰的一首名曲《让我们荡起双桨》，旋律悠闲、轻松而美，但歌词却是不符实际，令人不敢恭维。唱什么“阳光洒在海面上”而且在“做完了一天的功课”之后到北海去“尽情欢乐”。这怎么可能！放学后不回家，做完了功课还有多少时间有“阳光洒在海面上”？如在星期天还差不多。这在当年己是不可能的事，如今更是奢望。如今做家庭作业没三个小时完成不了。
三、书包重量差距太大！当年书包多是用有缝制成一个方形小布袋，加上一个背带就行了，里面一个简单铅笔盒，加上几本薄薄的书。调皮的同学放学后一边走一边可以对轮着书包打架，可见其重量之轻。到了中学的书包是一大块方布，一个角上缝上一根绳子，另一头拴上一个铜钱。一开学就把课程表抄好贴在家里墙上。每天上学时把课程表上的课目的书和作业放入方布中，斜对角把书一裹，外面用绳缠上，再把铜钱一別就行了！可见你作业之少，也说明当年老师可不能随便调课的。如今学生的书包因为太重不得不用双肩包了，甚至有用小车拉的！曾经给一个三年级的小学生的书包称了一下，整整十斤重！天呀！天天叫给学生减负，可是越减学生书包越重！
四、当年没有什么辅导材料，除了书本还是书本。就是寒暑假作业也要抄。一到要放寒暑假时，老师可就忙了，首先要准备假期作业题。然后是整黑板地写，下面学生也跟着一题一题地抄。算术、语文两门一抄就是半天。学生没有什么课外东西的。当年我家环境算好的，所以低年级订阅了当年唯一的儿童读物《儿童时代》，高年级订阅了《少年文艺》在全校是独一无二的。如学生的辅导材料比正式课本要多出几倍，望之令人生畏！
五、现在校外五花八门的各类班是遍地皆是，最红的是：奥数、英语、作文之类和学习有关的辅导班。还有琴棋书画、体育各类、……这些班都打着“不要让孩子输在起跑线上”的幌子，在那里摇旗呐喊。其实全是为了自己多招几个生，多赚学生几个钞票而己！害的学生家长为学生花了不少冤枉钱，学生有报名若干班的，每天晚上和双休日就各班转，其实学多了最后不是“输在起跑线上，”而是一开始就“栽倒在起跑线上”了！当年教师是全心全意为孩子的教育而竭尽全力，而现在不少教师忙着办校外班，关键问题在学校里不讲清楚，要到校外他办的辅导班里讲！令人扼腕！
六、当年小学放学是学生要排好认，叫“路队”由老师护送到每个学生家门口。而现在一到放学时间学校大门外就全挤上了接孩子的家长，接孩子放学回家成了家长们的一个大负担了！当然这和城市的扩大和车辆的增多有很大关系。但如果能做到教学资源平均，各校的教育水平相差无几，没有了择校生，学生都能就近入校。加上学校敢担责任，那每天放学组队由教师护送到家还是可以而且应该恢复的。
七、当年很多家长一学期大概只在开学时为学生去交学费去学校一次。平时是不去的。老师也顶多在快放假时做一次家访，对好学生甚至家访也不做。而如今则是学生只要在学校犯了一个小错，老师就会把家长“传”到学校去，象训大儿子一样训上一顿。老师和家长多交流不是坏事，但不能把学生在学校里发生的事推到家长头上呀！学校里的事就应由教师在学校里解决。如在当年这样传家长，本人家长恐怕一天要被传几次了！这说明现在”学校和教师都不敢真正担起责任来，越少责任越好！
做了这些比较到底孰优孰劣！读者自去比较，老夫不多言矣！
