你做有氧是为了减肥还是为了健身?健身的话每天30-40分钟就可以,减肥要45分钟以上.至于个数我都是做到跳不动为止珐储粹肥诔堵达瑟惮鸡,然后休息一小会,马上接着跳.将来体能上来了,就可以一口气跳很多了.我初期一般最多跳150个,而且第二组可能还跳不了这么多个,不过这都没关系的,只要每天坚持跳够时间,体能就会增长的.其他的有氧,你可以在家放一些动感节奏比较强的音乐,然后就像在迪厅一样跳舞,也会有很好的效果.时间上和跳绳的时间差不多,就可以了.
