我正在参加海外e购举办的“海淘维权那些事儿&

曾经买过一双 N B 990V3/9/2E在论坛晒过单，鞋子的反馈和评价还可以，made in U S A 难道真的 高 大 上&&又给家人败了一双8.5/2E，可是收到穿不满2月，居然遇到大 问 题--鞋 底 开 裂 了。&&L; I6 m! q3 N: D# y2 e

于是去找美亚客服了，整个解 决 沟 通 过 程 犹如过山车--跌宕起伏。且每人的说法不太一致，前后五六个客服。下面来818这事儿。' L2 n9 Y&&q! s0 ?&&E
整个过程的心情就是这样的：4 ^, m( E" n. b

事情发生于号晚上，发现 鞋 底 开 裂 ，家人拍皂片发给我，开始找 客服咨询 怎么解决。
5 号 晚上 第一位 客服 David
先说了原因，又向他要了一个email，让他在线等着，把皂片发去。等他看完之后，回答我David(Amazon): would you like to receive a refund or a discount ?or a replacement ?
可是当我说明了国/际/客/户 想 更换，告诉他订单之后。他的回答变了 &&l2 |3 r% d2 o5 {7 z# d7 L' k
David(Amazon): even if you return the shoes we are not able to replace them since those shoes were purchased 3 months ago * j" a( n) z&&i
这确实是个问题呢，确实距离下单刚刚满三个月，可是海米都知道，运输过程要多久吧？但歪果仁不知道啊。。。跟他解释通过转/运/到国内，还不到2个月（我朝虽也不靠谱，但正/规/品/牌/三/包/鞋底也是三个月吧）
最后得出的结论是：让我自己联系 N B 公司 解 决3 d9 R* O! U( k4 P. B7 {&&U* Z

纠结啊！真想找一朵花，一片一片的摘花瓣，要-不要-要……M D，为啥要 做 包/子呢？既然如此，我就把美亚订单截图和鞋子皂片以及过程，写了封邮件到 N B 官网的客服邮箱。+ U. B& I3 q2 R3 E% e&&^2 O
大概等了1天半的时间，邮件来了，回答如下：

首先我还是简单说明了鞋子问题，订单号，上次对话的客服名字，以便他去查询，另外把 N B 客服的邮件C过去，他的回答很明确。
首先是让我重新下一个单子付款，把单号告诉他，他会 加快 速度 给我运送。' ]4 O4 N5 `# ]6 \

其次是他做了退货处理，让我把 破 损 鞋子退回去，才可以 退还 我一双的钱。8 c5 |; _6 \0 r$ e/ Q( C- }# l- i

并且告诉我要把 收据 附在箱子上，我 问 联系 谁 来 退还 我的邮费，很牛的样子 3 k( q& s- ?! u& J/ [8 U

剩下的就是确认退货地址之类的了。

EMS 首 重 500g 费用240元，续 重 500g 费用75元。周末收到家人寄来的鞋子之后，为了省钱，试了好几个箱子，都是1050g以上，最后找到一个箱子大概重量是970g。因为用不了美国 退货的label，破 损 那 只 鞋 子 底 部 贴 了 便 签 纸，又写了封 简单的信，与 发 票 附在一起拍皂，放入箱子寄走了。% ^3 O5 G- L9 r$ P&&P! Z: M; u

刚把事情陈述完，客服就说不用寄 鞋子回去就可以 退款的。。。我这心里啥滋味啊！ 然后我说已经寄了，突然不知道为何 就连不上了。接着美亚的网 络 真心 不好，不是 卡 就是 刷 不出 网 页，客 服 页 面 出不来

首 先 要 求 我 验 证 了美亚账户，然后 订单号、EMS 的 网 址（ 右上角有个中英文切换，很方便的）另外，其实EMS的国 际 单 号 完全可以usps查询的。并且提供了 客服 indu 以便 查询 聊天 记录。+ _% P% K9 Y$ R4 [/ T; k* N

可是这双鞋子。。。掉 进了 某某 转 运 的 大 坑 里，盼到过年还是 转/机/延/误/中。。。
年 彻 底 过 完 了，过 完 十 五 也没收到。那啥滋味啊。。。为了双鞋我容易吗？？？
直到3月10号，牛儿才拿到啊！如果都按照三个月的 鞋 底 质 保，剩下一个月不到了啊。

1、维权要 提 供 真 实 信 息，比如 订 单，照 片，运 输 信 息 等。

3、按照 客服 要求 联系 品牌 公司，邮件 抄送了美亚 客服提供的邮箱。n b明确指出，由 销售 商 负责 更换。

& && &a.退还部分鞋款，保留 破 损 的鞋子。
& && &b.更换：重新付款下单，仅限寄到第一次鞋子下单的地址；, I3 v5 h3 _* k. r2 ?% [4 P; _* X+ T
& && && &破 损 的 鞋子 连 同 国 际 快 递 发 票 寄 去 美 亚 仓 库；9 H1 l8 Y&&r3 i* m0 Z* @! F: M

5、我先择更换，因为我不想让客服觉得就是为了来要点钱，宁愿付2次 美国 到 国内的 转 运 费。
之所以写出来，是让大家收到有 质量 问题的 货品 知道 如何处理，第二个 客服 已经完全结决了问题，后面几次沟通都是辅助完成 退货 入仓 和 退还第二次 鞋 款，并非像一些自身爱贪小便宜之人所想，不花钱白捡。
提醒：请不要 随 便 污 蔑 和 断 章 取 义来 诋 毁 谩 骂。经常海淘，难免会遇到次 货 品，丢货，破 损 等问题，不要因为自己购买物品没有得到 妥善 解决，别人解决了就觉得不平衡，说些不 文 明 的话 语 以 泄 私 愤，请 自 重。

国内商场买鞋，售货员也会跟你说，三个月开胶鞋底开裂包换，超过三个月维修。没有了解过详情，凭什么出来乱咬人？你买你的奶粉，我换我的鞋，跟你有关系？我是提供了真实转运信息和收到时间，美亚也会去找他的供应商，质量问题维权厚脸皮无耻？那祝你以后经常买到次品货！

我得什么便宜了？哪里没有底限？你有节操出来乱咬人？我还嫌弃折腾，付了双倍的美国到中国转运费，第一次转运费自己付的，第二次还是自己付的，只是换了双正常质量的鞋子，买鞋还是付了钱，退货费本身应该美亚付的。
