内容：了解环保协会的发展
闫：学长好，最近一定很忙吧？
胥：还可以吧，我们刚刚做完了一份750人的民意调查，最近活动也比较多，还是比较忙的。
闫：那时间这么紧，学长是怎么安排学习与工作的呢？
胥：学习和工作都是看自己，工作会很忙，但也一定要挤时间去学习，我们上一届的会长拿到奖学金了，然后我今年也拿了奖学金，学习是最重要的。
闫：环保协会是最近几年才成立的吗？那当时为什么要成立这样一个协会呢？
胥：协会是1992年成立的，当时在西区还是洛阳大学呢，2000年的时候，因为后来东区有了与环保相关的环化系，所以就移到东区了，成立这个协会当时也是为了环保宣传，它毕竟是公益性社团。
闫：协会的宗旨是什么？
胥：宣传环保啊，我们有社区义工队，这是个公益性社团，我们通过学生来宣传环保知识，树立人们的环保意识，也是为人们服务吧！
闫：到目前为止，协会有什么成效？
胥：有啊，人们的环保意识普遍提高，就校区内的环保而言，还是不错的，我们还曾获得河南省优秀社团等多项荣誉。
闫：协会的结构体系还算完善吗？现在协会发展的怎样？
胥：我们有一个专门的网址，建了一个群，各个大学的环保协会会长在一起讨论，他们都说我们做的不错，我们机构还算完善，目前有十大部门，实践部，宣传部，网络编辑部，文艺部等。各个部门分工明显，又互相合作，目前协会内部运行良好。
闫：学长也是大一加入协会的，回首过去觉得自己最大的收获是什么？
胥：首先，认识很多人，与外界有很多的联系，提高自己的沟通能力和专业能力，比如说做事不再畏惧，我可以弄一份很完美的策划书，然后暑期实践更是提升我们各方面的能力。
闫：学长，我们协会的特色是什么？有什么品牌活动？
胥：有很多啊，调查问卷，刚刚过去的团训、绿色风暴回收电池、与洛阳市环保局合作的一些项目、6·5世界环保日、植树活动、我们还申请教育林等。
闫：协会目前有什么优势与不足吗？
胥：首先它是公益性的，让我们有更多的机会和自由去体验社会，将来更有能力去解决一些社会上的问题，不足就是活动范围太小，仅局限于洛阳市，我们还要往外走，到郑州等其它地方，目前做的这750份民意调查要寄到北京为他们的北京环境文化促进会提供数据。
闫：今年招新情况怎么样，对新成员有什么要求？
胥：今年有50多个，比前几年少，但我们就最大的能力去打造精英，培养他们的爱心，主动性，责任感等，因为这不是功利性的。
闫：学长对今后协会的发展有什么打算？
胥：不能让我们已有的荣誉去掉，然后在不断的发展壮大，下一步我们会内外兼修。在内培养会员的兴趣及其他方面的能力，对外加大宣传，让更多的人来参加环保类的活动，让它从我们洛理走出去，从洛阳走出去。
