领队解读国乒换帅 刘国正曾留美肖战或带刘诗雯

　　北京时间4月9日，2017年无锡亚锦赛拉开大幕。这是中国乒乓球队在新奥运周期进行了新的教练员竞聘之后的首次大赛，不过新任主管教练分管哪些球员，将在亚锦赛后才决定。国乒领队黄飚对此进行了确认，而且他说肖战分管刘诗雯是有可能的。黄飚透露，国乒一直努力加强年轻教练员的培养，国乒抗韩英雄刘国正在做男二队主教练之前，曾留学美国。
　　目前男乒新的教练班子成员有：主教练秦志戬，教练刘国正、王皓、马琳、刘恒、马俊峰。本次竞聘还将实行末位淘汰制，两年聘期内表现不合格的甚至会被直接解聘。这是国乒历史上最年轻的男一队教练班子，黄飚说：“年轻的教练员上来以后，我们对每一个人都要进行一段时间的考核，去尽可能地发挥他们的潜力和着眼于他们未来的培养。”
　　黄飚表示，国乒一向重视对年轻教练员的培养，刘国正就是很好的典型。2001年大阪世乒赛上，刘国正挽救七个赛点逆转击败金泽洙的一幕迄今让很多球迷难忘。刘国正2008年退役后先在北京理工学习，随后到美国留学。随后刘国正回到过国乒担任了五年男二队教练，黄飚评价说：“通过这么多年的学习，希望他不仅在实战方面，同时在理论上也有所建树。”此外，这次从女二队升到女一队的教练张琴，曾从1997年起到日本打过四年球。张琴担任女一队教练，显然有利于国乒对劲敌日本的研究和分析。
　　中国女乒主教练孔令辉，昨天在亚锦赛比赛现场说，新的教练员分管哪些球员要等到这次亚锦赛后再详细确定，领队黄飚也证实了这个消息。大满贯球员张继科的主管教练肖战，这次到女一队出任主管教练。有人分析说，刚从女二队主教练位置升上来的黄海诚有可能接管刘诗雯，因为黄海诚是以前广东女队的教练。也有消息说，肖战来女队就是来负责刘诗雯的。
　　领队黄飚证实，如果肖战带刘诗雯，也是很正常的情况，他说：“他从二队主教练到一队教练员这么多年，能把张继科带出来，已经是一位比较成功的教练员了。男乒的强攻意识相对要比女乒强，所以男队教练到女队之后，有助于女子技术男性化的发展；同样，女队教练去执教男队，可以将细腻的打法带过去，弥补男乒的不足。”孔令辉也表示，为主力球员选择主管教练，国乒不会考虑地域因素，只会考虑技战术及球员发展的因素。
　　马龙的主管教练秦志戬，成为了新任中国男乒主教练，黄飚认为如何进行团队管理，这对秦志戬是一个考验，他说：“虽然他一路带马龙过来积累了很多经验，但对于团队的管理，尤其是团结教练员方面还并没有太多的经验。做主管教练时压力相对会小，毕竟还有主教练、总教练在上面，但当任何事需要他去做决策和操盘时，这就需要三思而后行了。”（Red）
