According to the data, 97 percent of cell phone users under 30 text every day. 老师、同学们:大家早上好!今天我发言的题目是:拒绝手机,建文明校园。近些年来,随着人们生活水平提高,手机作为便利的沟通工具,大量涌进了校园,一定程序上方便了我们与家长、同学之间的联系,但随之而来的更多的是对我们的危害,主要表现为以下几方面:1、未成年人使用手机,不利于身心健康发展。首先使用手机有害身体健康。手机辐射会对脑部神经构成较大影响,未成年人所吸收的辐射比成年人要高出50%。美国研究人员称手机辐射能改变人类基因,部分实验表明这些辐射能导致人体血液细胞的基因突变;一名英国专家也曾提出警告,手机可能释放有毒的水银气体,对脑部造成损害;诱发多种硬化症,未老先衰失忆症……再者,使用手机有害心理健康。现在不少网站开通了短信业务,由于我们的思想尚未成熟,分辩能力较差,一些不健康的及行骗信息甚至会使很多同学落入欺骗的陷井。2、学生使用手机,不利于其学习和生活。个别同学无论白天晚间,总是机不离手,他们不是在发短信,就是qq聊天,要么便是上网看小说,更甚者,整天沉寂在虚拟的游戏世界中,这些玩物丧志的行为已严重影响我们的学习和休息。而在一些大小型考试中,手机舞弊行为也时常发生。这不仅仅严重违反了校纪校规,而且滋长了懒惰、不劳而获的思想。3、增加经济负担,助长攀比心理。,学生购买手机,客观上是增加了家庭的经济负担。另外,手机的更新换代往往让部分家庭条件好的学生追求使用新款手机,容易助长学生的攀比心理,而没有手机的学生有时根本不考虑家庭的实际情况,强性要求家庭购买,这些爱慕虚荣的行为极大的增加了家庭的经济负担。4、手机易激发学生之间的矛盾冲突。手机引发学生违纪违规,甚至违法行为。不少学生将手机带进校园或放在宿舍,易引起某些同学的偷窃欲望。由于大家在校交流频繁,有些学生用手机偷拍照片,侵犯他人隐私;有的同学通过发短信,互传不健康的信息。手机在一定程序上导致学生之间的关系不和谐,近期我校几起打架斗殴事件的升级就是因为使用手机相互联络、谩骂,加速了矛盾的激发。5、使用手机存在极大的安全隐患。使用手机的同学都需要充电,而宿舍里没有插座,同学们都利用教室的插座昼夜不停的在充电。可以看到教室插座已无虚席,却还有排队等候者。这么多同学使用,如果遇到漏电、短路的情况,引起火灾,后果不堪设想。另外,很多同学喜欢在走路时戴上耳机,边走路边玩手机,完全不顾周围的情况,因此酿成了不少惨剧。综上,我们使用手机危害极大,我们须知建文明校园,创造良好学习环境,拒绝手机是十分必要的。全国各大学校早在几年前均制度了相关的戒令,禁止将手机带入校园。手机等电子工具本来是为人服务的,但是如果处理不好,人反而成为这些工具的奴隶。对于那些上课玩手机的同学而言,他们便成为了手机的奴隶,他们的做为是对自己不负责任的表现,也是对班级、对老师、对父母的一种不尊重。所以我在此倡议全体同学一定要早下决心,痛下决心,像自觉远离毒品一样远离手机!不要让手机占用你掌握命运的双手,不要让手机拉开你与梦想的距离。一人要学会舍弃,现在不舍弃某些爱好,三年后就难以获得高考的胜利。一个人也应学会分情轻重缓急,懂得什么该做,什么不该做,懂得什么时候该做什么事。为此,让我们主动拒绝手机,远离手机的毒害,迎接我们更加美好的未来。我的完毕,谢谢大家!(编辑:圆圆)
